Hey, first of all this is a really cool project!
Are you interested in including researched optimal ranges for the biomarkers in the Readme? IMO the spreadsheet is not ideal, because it is not accessable to search engines and it is difficult to include/add/remove sources in a readable way.

@marcelborbus I'd love that! Let's consider how to add optimal ranges on basic blood panels as well as potentially newer longevity measurements like epigenetic age clocks.
