Adding other background layers

@dnomadb @virginiayung can we document how to add other background layers; like DG map api?

@pratikyadav it's less a question of documentation as much as adding explicit functionality to do it. Since i think we should open source this tool, what about having:

• An option to add a style (defaulting to what it is now)
• An option to add a tile url template (that you could specify whichever pattern you wanted)

In a nutshell, we'll have to:

• Pass in --style and --tiles (names tbd) options here: https://github.com/mapbox/rio-glui/blob/master/rio_glui/cli.py#L118-L119
• Add handling for these (ie, we can't have both) and pass them to the Peeker
