Free TV came preloaded on Mint OS not working.

When I start the program it load all the country list and the channels. When clicking a channel it just sits there with a spinning "hour glass".

I assume that the player itself is functional, but the playlist it comes with is largely dead. So it's not the software per se, but the links repository that is the problem. I found a couple of channels that played pluto.tv's placeholder video trying to relink you to another place to watch them.
