Hello everyone!

Again, more of a periodic release, not too much to add. Work continues on mTLS by @rolysr, but it's still in an experimental state, but more and more parts can be encrypted now and authenticated with.

The biggest perhaps fix is for uraft. @ralcolea made a lot of fixes to uraft, and heavily improved the E2E testing of it. Thanks also @hradec for reporting these issues and testing things out.

Another critical fix that complements was for master not sending out to shadows operations upon shutdown (by me), which could cause inconsistent state for clients then switching to shadow.

All in all, quite the standard by the monthly release. I was hoping to have this out yesterday, but there were some test flakiness from some of @dmga44 PR's related to improving small file performance, and after consulting with him decided to leave these out of release and iron out the bugs in dev first.

Proxmox plugin

We are officially developing a storage plugin for Proxmox, and this will be lead by @ss-leil. No details when we will have this available, but hopefully we can bring more news soon.
