Certificate for `*.kubevela.net` is expired, preventing the install-velad.sh from working

Looks like the cert for *.kubevela.net expired 5/25/2025, preventing the install script at https://static.kubevela.net/script/install-velad.sh from being installed the intended way with curl -fsSl. It also prevents other resources required by the install script from being downloaded.
