The classreg package in the stats toolbox seems to change a fair bit every now and then. This causes compatibility problems. It would be nice to remove the dependence on the stats toolbox..
(e.g. classreg.regr.modelutils.designmatrix, the predictovars are handled differently in R2016 which now fails.)
