Alexa light notification?

Is it possible to use this (or something else) to send a notification to an Alexa that leaves the ring light on it illuminated?

We get weather alerts around here and the circular LED on the Echo units lights up yellow. Using "Alexa, what are my notifications" gets them played back.

I'm wondering if this would be able to do that same sort of thing?
