swing high lows does not returns index

Can you please add index in swing high low columns? as for dataframe with timestamp as index is not showing lines properly.

I've reviewed changes but it is not what is required. Index has been added in FVG instead of swing_highs_lows. And there are couple of issues when we are using datetime index instead of numerical series. I am going to fork and update the repository with pull request.
