배경

Aitesis Write 제거 작업(Telos GoalContract) 과정에서 도출된 관점 전환:

• Aitesis의 핵심 가치는 "환경 변형 여부"가 아니라 "유추 대신 실증" — AI가 추측하지 않고 환경에서 증거를 적극적으로 수집하는 행위
• N=0 런타임의 진짜 위반은 "Write 사용"이 아니라 "Probe 회피 → 유추로 대체"
• 현재는 Aitesis Core Principle 코롤러리로 내재화 (이번 scope)

검토 대상

"관찰 가능한 사실을 유추로 대체하지 않는다" 원칙이 EP 전체 axiom으로 승격될 수 있는지 평가.

승격 조건 (Axiomatization Judgment Framework)

• Deficit Empiricism: N≥3 실제 세션에서 "유추로 대체" 위반이 비용을 발생시킨 사례 수집
• Model Invariance Reversal: 모델이 개선될수록 유추 대체 위험이 증가하는지 검증
• Non-Derivability: A2 (Detection with Authority) + A7 (Adversarial Anticipation)의 조합으로 완전히 표현 가능한지, 아니면 독립적 구조를 도입하는지
• Structural Independence: Aitesis 외 프로토콜에서도 동일 원칙이 적용되는지 (e.g., Syneidesis의 gap detection, Prothesis의 lens analysis)
