Distribute JARs

An initial build of DMason using Maven takes a lot time, because a lot of dependencies have to be downloaded. I wonder if it would be possible to directly distribute JARs for release versions. GitHub supports attaching files to releases, so that would be a convenient distribution mechanism.

We use Maven as project template, such that it is not a good idea to have the library as local repository (by Maven guide line). Anyway it is possible to build DMASON using Maven and after use it as local library in any other projects.
