Missing Connection Initiation Instructions and UMS9230 SoC Support

Hello.

It seems that there's nowhere written how to start a connection.

I’m working with a device using the UMS9230 SoC (Unisoc Tiger T606), and it’s not listed among the supported SoCs. I'm happy to help test the UMS9230.
