Tag being applied to untagged Task

Occasionally (again, after poorly-formatted tags) a Task will take on a tag that I didn't give it. Typically a tag I have used in the past. Haven't been able to diagnose the source of this, yet.

I've noticed this a couple of times as well, typically a tag that was on a just deleted item, iirc.
