Speed for `ensemble(scenarioproj,...)` is rather slow

The ensemble command can be used also directly on multiple BiodiversityScenario objects to make an ensemble forcast. The current code however is very slow and could be a bottleneck.
It might be worth investigating how this can be recoded/structured more efficiently
