Create Global Name DB Model

The Global Name database shall support the follow basic functionalities.

1. Support for common metric names in an end-user system,
2. Support for creating Unified Namespace (UNS) and assign
3. Support for basic metric (parameter) configuration and location (UNS).
4. Sparkplug B configuration.

Note that the last requirement not is a part of the basic database. In the future there will be more I/O related configurations added but in this initialize release, the Sparkplug B configuration is selected.
