What is happening?
The Heater/Cooler is showing the threshold sliders when AUTO is not part of the TargetHeaterCoolerState values.
In this case, the threshold slider being displayed is correct, as the accessory has an AUTO setting:

This device will heat only if the temperature drops below the threshold. Once above the threshold it will stop heating.
In this case, the threshold slider being displayed doesn't make sense, as the accessory only has a HEAT setting:

This device will heat regardless of temperature until it is turned off. This equivalent to a simple On/Off switch.
What you expect to happen?
When the Heater/Cooler does not have a TargetHeaterCoolerState value of AUTO, then the threshold sliders should not be displayed.
