Pinia Colada v1 Support

Description

Pinia Colada v1 was released 3 weeks ago. The docs specify v0 support so I'm assuming v1 shouldn't be expected to be working yet?

I couldn't find any existing issues or discussions regarding this so I wasn't sure if you were aware.

@NicolasNewman I'll keep this open, I think there was some breaking change(s) since this plugin was written

I realized the issues I encountered were on my end and closed it accordingly. Its been working fine since then but feel free to leave it open.
