Description
Transition the current calendar design to the mid-fi design on Figma for a sleeker look

Acceptance Criteria
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

Steps:

• Wrap the FullCalendar in calendar.tsx with a div and style this wrapper div like a floating rounded card (refer to Figma)
• Edit calendarstyles to match style of calendar on Figma
• Add "Filter" button as a custom button in Full Calendar (no-op for now)
• Add search box (no-op for now)
• Follow the same changes for calendar.tsx
