app crashes after first record

On Sony Xperia Z3 API 22 app is crashing when I'm trying to start second video. There are no exeptions in console. Any solutions?

Have same problem on API 21+. Have GL error 0x0505 (Out Of Memory) and stacktrace:
_ZN7android13MediaRecorder15setVideoEncoderEi+3.
Starting with Android 8.0 my app not crashed but stop video recording instead of start next file.
