Cannot find device under chrome://inspect

I am able to ping Google Home Device from my own pc.
I am able to see the log as below when start the test on virtual machine

By speak to Google Home mini, “turn on washer”, the washer turn off which can be shown in real-time database.
By speak to Google Home mini,” force local” or “force default”, the Google reply “Sorry, I don’t understand”
I have checked same wifi has been connected with my PC and Google Home Mini, the firewall for desktop and router is turn off.
I have use same owner google account for chrome and Google Home Min
Test mode has been enabled
I am able to see there is communication between Google Home mini (ip:192.168.2.103)with my pc(ip:192.168.2.100)
