What happened?
For repositories created by organization members themselves, the creator cannot delete them directly; deletion must be performed by an organization administrator. However, in the repository settings, the system states: "Members can create new repositories in organization. Creator will get administrator access to the new repository."
Does administrator permission not include the ability to delete the repository?
