Always on top option

Would it be possible to have "Always on top" option? It would allow to use the app as if it was one of game windows - collect resources from storage while seeing the list in BitPlanner.

Possibly with function "minimize to icon" (new button near minimize maximize buttons) that could be positioned freely on screen.
So you move the icon near map, click it, and Bitplanner window comes back. Click "minimize to icon" or the icon itself, and the window disappears.

Neither of these options can be done in a cross-platform way. And by cross-platform I don't mean desktop vs mobile obviously, but Windows vs Linux.
The "minimize to icon" feature would be hard to implement and I won't be able to test it. But with "always on top" you will basically have that functionality, just in not that nice way: hide the window with minimize button, show with Alt+Tab.
I will add "always on top" for Windows version.
