Make testport target save the packages it builds successfully just like 'bulk' would

It is sometimes desirable to make testport save the package it builds. This saves time of someone fixes some bulky port, runs testport to make sure fixes do indeed work and then forced to run 'bulk' target to get the package anyway.

The last build above is not necessary, had testport saved the package from the last successful run.
