[Decoupling] material_ui and cupertino_ui should each have a main example for Pub #187942

Pub packages have an "Example" tab that displays one main example for the package (e.g. signals_flutter's example). We'll need one for material_ui and cupertino_ui as well. They should go at the root of the example directory in each package.
