Investigate Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) support

Ignition 2.22.0 does support OCI, so let's investigate and revisit OCI support: https://github.com/flatcar-archive/flatcar-automation/tree/main/OCI

This should mainly be documentation and certainly a small engineering task to provide OCI release artifacts (oem-oracle, oem ID, etc.)

Hi @navaneeth-dev, no update on this. Would be interested to have a look to test Flatcar / contribute to Flatcar for helping supporting this provide? As FCOS has already a good support, I would not expect so much difficulties here.

Thanks to @navaneeth-dev Flatcar images for OCI will be available starting from next release in Alpha. We still need some documentation and test implementation (to officially support OCI). Right now it will be supported but "community support", i.e we don't run CI on those images before releases.

Thanks to CNCF, the Flatcar team owns an OCI account, so we just to need to implement the test. I can do it but not right now, if someone wants to do it, feel free to jump into. Here's some example for other cloud provider tests implementation:
