[Feature] Etsy Ads opt-in with updateListing

Some users want to opt-out their listings from Etsy Ads and choose only specific listings to advertise.
Because they manage their listings with the API, they aren't able to do this.

It would be very helpful to add a property to the updateListing and/or createDraftListing endpoints:

is_advertising

boolean
When true, the listing will be advertised with the Etsy Ads program.
Listings are only eligible for Etsy Ads if the shop has enabled Etsy Ads,
found within the Marketing settings of the Shop Manager interface.

Adding this feature will make users happier to use the Etsy Ads program because they will feel like they have more control.
This will also make listing management through the API more comprehensive.
