Is your feature related to a problem?
Whenever I open a wf-basecalling report I am looking for one of three things (most of the time, it's all three): Which sample did I basecall, how many bases/reads have been called and which model was used for basecalling. In the MinKNOW run report, this info is readily available, the wf-basecalling report is oddly useless for this. While the sample name can be found in the read summary section, the read number and basecall model are hidden in graphs and tables. The total output in Gb is nowhere to be found.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would appreciate if you could add a section with sample name, read number and total bases (N50, if you are feeling fancy), and crucially the basecall model at the top of the report.
Describe alternatives you've considered
