Add support for indexRange at OpcUaMontitoredItem.newDataItem

Hi,

I've seen there in the method it passes indexRange=null to the ReadValueId:

public static OpcUaMonitoredItem newDataItem(NodeId nodeId, MonitoringMode monitoringMode) {
var readValueId =
new ReadValueId(nodeId, AttributeId.Value.uid(), null, QualifiedName.NULL_VALUE);

return new OpcUaMonitoredItem(readValueId, monitoringMode);

}

Would it be possible to also add a Method like

public static OpcUaMonitoredItem newDataItem(NodeId nodeId, MonitoringMode monitoringMode, String indexRange) {

Hmm, of course anything is possible, but can also just call new OpcUaMonitoredItem(readValueId, monitoringMode) directly. If the convenience methods get too many overloads they'll stop being convenient and just be a pointless alternative.

ok, then I use the constructor an pass in the ReadValueId with the index Range.
