StreamFit (new debugger)

This is a debugging tool I've wanted to try for a while. It will accept any .fit file and replay it via your SS2k to a connected app.

You can find it on the StreamFit branch. The url is deliberately not included in index.html as it's meant to be a debugging tool only.

@MarkusSchneider , I think you'll get a kick out of this :)
