In fairness, no. Authentication isn't essential for me at this point but I do think everything should have at least the option of basic Auth, especially as it has control of docker socket.

It's a fair point, didn't have much time to get it implemented yet at all, but I would like to add it.

I just wanted to say what a great job you've done so far. I've tried a number of updater tools and this is by far the best even if it is only early days!
