Error when submitting unchanged value

When submitting an unchanged value there is an error displayed in the browser console:

Uncaught NotFoundError: Failed to execute 'replaceWith' on 'Element': The node to be removed is no longer a child of this node. Perhaps it was moved in a 'blur' event handler?
    at Malle.submit (main.js:106:1)
    at Malle.handleKeypress (main.js:159:1)

Steps to reproduce

• use Google Chrome
• go to https://deltablot.github.io/malle/
• click on the "in bold" and press enter without any modification
• check browser console for error

Information

• malle version: 2.6.2
• Client operating system MacOS
• Browser (e.g. firefox, chrome): Chrome Version 136.0.7103.93

Thank you for this report. Indeed, the problem is only present on Chromium.

Would you be able to check if #19 fixes it?
