When autoResumeAfterInterruption is enabled, recording resumes after any interruption (phone call, audio focus loss) — including when the user manually paused before the interruption. There's no way to distinguish user-initiated pause from system-initiated pause.
Example: user pauses recording, phone call comes in and ends, recording auto-resumes even though the user intended it to stay paused.
Definitely affects Android; possibly iOS too.
