[Task] Check for `#pragma cyclus var` consistency throughout Cycamore.

What is this task about?

The format of the #pragma cyclus var blocks in cycamore is a wild free-for-all. We should standardize it.

Why is this task needed?

It's not, but it would make the code look nicer!

How can this issue be closed?

Someone should go through Cycamore and look at every #pragma cyclus var block, pick a format to use for all of them, and then make all of them conform. This is incredibly low priority.

The main two things I would like to advocate for are:

1. no two elements should go on the same line (easier to read)
2. multi-line elements should be standardized.

Now that we have cyclus/cyclus#1954, should we add the assignment of default values to all of our variables as well? Or maybe that can be a different issue because it will have implications beyond the header files, probably, esp. removing the need for some initialization lists?

You mean injected values or all of them? Either way it's probably a separate issue to do that, since it'd be more of a cognitive load than just making sure every "default": 0.0, \ has two tabs in front of it.
