How can i run in windows?

Hi. 
I just try to clone the repo on windows and compile, but I get `github.com/cshum/vipsgen/vips: build constraints exclude all Go files in C:\Users\Rodrigo\go\pkg\mod\github.com\cshum\vipsgen@v1.3.8\vips` errors.

It's possible to run, or vipsgen won't work on Windows?
