Support mTLS in http plugin

What would you like to be added?

Hi,

Would it be possible to add Mutual TLS (mTLS) authentication to the http plugin?
Similar to headers, it would allow to authenticate to endpoints who require mTLS, by loading a key/certificate in the notifications/http.yaml configuration.

Why is this needed?

We would like to forward alerts to our on-premise Opensearch, which is configured to only allow mTLS

Its possible, the only issue may be that under the hood all http notifications get served by the same plugin, in short if you have 2 http notifications only a single plugin is launched just internally it knows where which message should be sent and whom too.

So for these we should maybe want to tie a http client to the said plugin name, that way we wouldn't accidentally send information to servers that dont need to know that information.
