Check if CrateDB DBAL can be used with PostgreSQL PDO instead of CrateDB PDO

while this library is currently based upon crate-pdo, in turn using the HTTP interface of CrateDB, we might want to check if it will be feasible to use the PostgreSQL protocol directly by using the PostgreSQL PDO extension.
