Governance audit: Revisit company-specific teams

Discuss project teams/sub-teams representing folks working for a single employer (Quansight, Anaconda, prefix). What is the scope of these? What are the expectations, privileges, and accountability? This somehow feels odd as a sub-team, so I would like to discuss and formalise this.
