Access to cockroachlabs.atlassian.net

I read a few discussions where people suggested to visit cockroachlabs.atlassian.net. for tips on how to compile the code source. But when I get to the page, I get a popup with "xxx@cxx.com doesn't have access to Confluence on cockroachlabs.atlassian.net".
Do I need to be authorized by an admin to view this page ?

I'm running into the same popup. I was looking to contribute to the project and wanted to build from source, but the wiki link in the README shows me this:

I can't say it's every Atlassian link, but so far any Atlassian link I've tried shows the same popup, for example:

• Contributing wiki link
• Any Jira Issue linked in the relevant GitHub Issue, https://cockroachlabs.atlassian.net/browse/CRDB-64128 in 170699 for example
• The link in your comment

Just wanted to confirm if that's the expected behavior and if so, are there other docs I can refer to for building from source?
