AI PRD Generator — Commercial Software License

Copyright (c) 2026 Clement DEUST. All Rights Reserved.

This software and its associated documentation files (the "Software") are
proprietary commercial software protected by copyright law and international
treaties.

1. DEFINITIONS

"License" means a valid, hardware-bound authorization issued by the copyright
holder, cryptographically signed using Ed25519 digital signatures.

"Free Tier" means the limited feature set available without a License.

"Licensed Tier" means the full feature set available with a valid License.

"Trial" means a time-limited (14-day) Licensed Tier evaluation period.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these terms, the
copyright holder grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use
the Software on a single machine identified by its hardware fingerprint.

License options:
  - Monthly subscription: $79/month, cancellable anytime
  - Lifetime license: $499 one-time, perpetual updates

3. FREE TIER

A limited free tier is available without a License, providing:
  - Basic thinking strategies (Zero-Shot, Chain of Thought)
  - Basic keyword search (RAG)
  - Basic LLM verification check
  - Feature and Bug PRD types only
  - 3 clarification rounds maximum
  - 6 sections per PRD maximum

4. TRIAL

A 14-day trial of the Licensed Tier is available at no cost. The trial is
hardware-bound and HMAC-signed. No credit card required. Trial features
revert to Free Tier upon expiration.

5. PERMITTED USES (with valid License)

  - Use of the Software on the licensed machine
  - Integration into your products and services per the license terms
  - Access to all features enabled by the license tier
  - Use within Claude Code, Cowork, or compatible environments

6. PROHIBITED USES

  - Use of the Software beyond the Free Tier without a valid License
  - Redistribution, sublicensing, or resale of the Software
  - Reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly
  - Circumvention of hardware binding or license validation
  - Removal or modification of license enforcement mechanisms
  - Distribution of license keys or encrypted framework decryption keys
  - Sharing of a single License across multiple machines

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Software contains proprietary algorithms and trade secrets. All rights,
title, and interest in the Software remain with the copyright holder.

8. ENCRYPTED DISTRIBUTION

Engine packages are distributed as AES-256-GCM encrypted XCFrameworks.
Each encrypted framework is bound to the licensee's hardware fingerprint
and can only be decrypted with a valid, hardware-matched License.

9. NO WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY.

10. TERMINATION

This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms.
Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and
encrypted frameworks in your possession. The Free Tier remains available
after termination of a paid License.
