Version 0.6.0 - Cannot load the project in the new window

After I open a “New Window”, when I try to open a directory in that new window, the project doesn’t load.

I have to close the window and reopen it for the project to load properly.

Right, I can see what's going on here.

The bug is in handleProjectOpenDialog in projectCrud.ts. When you open the directory picker from a new window, it's using a hardcoded reference to the primary window instead of resolving the actual calling window from the IPC event. So dialog.showOpenDialog attaches to the wrong window, and the whole project-open flow runs in the wrong context. Every other dialog handler in that file (like handleProjectLocate) correctly uses getWindowForWebContents(event.sender) to resolve the caller, but this one was missed.

This is part of the same cluster of multi-window issues you've been finding (#5033, #5036). Quite helpful having all three reported together since they're all related to how new windows interact with the project and worktree systems. Working through them as a group.
