support for builtin callbacks

Currently, the optimize function returns only the best x value. By passing the Report() callback function, it is possible to get a detailed optimization report.

good idea. If i'm reading the docs correctly, think this would entail adding a wrapper in utils.hpp and adding an optional argument in the call to Optimize here.

See if you can get it working; if not I'll implement it in a few days.

currently the Report callback prints everything to output stream. it would be more convenient if we can create a modified Report class that saves this info in a dict like object or an OptimizationReport object . this can then be returned by either optimize or other function. I will try if I can get it working.

hi @apoorvalal , i tried to get this working, but i'm getting too many errors ( probably because i dont know this too well ). it would be nice if you can get it working.

hi @apoorvalal i will pick this up again. I intend to modify the Report callback class to store some report details in a Report class which can be returned back.
