What agent should I use for planning?

Should I use the built in Plan agent? Or does everything go through the Orchestrator?

It will ... sometimes. I strictly switch to Plan agent to make sure that Orchestrator doesn't kick off too early.

This is similar to what I've experienced. When using orchestrator I ask it to create a plan. It does so most of the time.

I found that if I use something like ExecPlan or openspec it is more likely to stick at planning. While if in weaker terms like "lets discuss before implementing" it is more likely to "switch" to implementing.

Will omos work with superpowers? What skills should I use from it nother then brainstorm ?

I was thinking about the docs part, will omos keep docs updated while project builds and any changes eg are done?
