Add Missing MVP Issues for v2.0.0

Description

In order for v2 of this plugin to be a viable enterprise-grade replacement for certain other SEO plugins that may be in use, we need to ensure that a minimum set of features is supported. Review this list, compare it to the current feature set of v2, and add new issues for any missing features and tag them with the v2.0.0 milestone:

• Ability to override the post title on the post edit screen (make title tag editable separate from post title)
• Ability to set a meta description on individual posts
• Ability to set open graph image/title/description on individual posts (should inherit from featured image/post title/excerpt if not otherwise set)
• Ability to set Twitter image/title/description on individual posts (should inherit from OG fields or their inheritors if not otherwise set)
• Search engine live preview (mobile & desktop)
• Open Graph live preview
• Twitter live preview
• Ability to set title/description semi-programmatically for archive and other special pages (post types, taxonomies, authors, homepage, search page, etc)
• Default format for title tag on various post types
• Ability to customize separator
• Add Byline Manager support (CAP ticketed already)
• Add basic Schema.org support (can be extended later)
• Ability to customize meta robots tags on a per-post basis, index/noindex, follow/nofollow
• Allow canonical URL to be set/overridden per post
• Add ability to efficiently generate and update sitemaps (replacement for MSM Sitemap functionality)
• Ensure custom meta fields exist in the REST API (we should get this as long as the fields are registered with WP)

Use Case

We would like to release v2 of this plugin in order to start using it on our client sites, but we need to ensure that it has a minimum set of features to make it feasible to use on real sites that are currently using another SEO solution.
