There are two ways to contribute to this project.
The Agentic Maturity Model is shaped by practitioners and thought leaders who are actively working with agentic tooling and can speak to the patterns emerging across the industry. If you have experience leading teams, building tools, or publishing research in this space and would like to contribute directly to the model, please reach out via email or opening an issue to introduce yourself and the area you'd like to contribute to.
If you have ideas, observations, or experiences that could strengthen the model, we want to hear them. The best way to get your ideas into the model is to open a discussion or issue describing your thinking. Good ideas have a way of finding their way into the document, and we will credit contributors whose ideas help shape the model.
Not every idea needs to come from a co-author. Sometimes the most valuable insights come from practitioners who are deep in the work and notice patterns that others haven't articulated yet.
