Problem with Index.css

I think the index.css file used in the video and in the github are different and it is not applying to the app.jsx which makes a huge chaos of program not working

Tailwindcss is in his 4 version right now, you have to use tailwindcss V3 for the code in the course

faced the same problem, so i downgraded to version 3
