This is completed in

• feat: detect advisory conflicts at package alias intersections and compute partially curated advisories #2276

The simplest way to try this out is:

docker compose build
docker compose up -d

This will collect the advisories from all the supported source and detect expose the sorted curation queue at http://127.0.0.1:8001/advisories/todos/.
