A quick heads-up about upcoming refactor work

Hi all, just a quick heads-up: ScholarAIO may get some refactor and upgrade work soon.

The goal is mainly to clean up the internal structure and make future updates easier to handle. We’ll try to keep user-facing behavior stable, and if anything later needs attention from existing users, we’ll explain it clearly in advance.

大家好，先简单同步一下：ScholarAIO 接下来可能会做一轮重构和升级整理。

主要是想把内部结构理顺一点，也让后续更新更稳一些。我们会尽量保持用户侧行为稳定；如果后面有需要现有用户关注的变化，也会提前说明。

Update: the 1.4.0 beta has now been released as v1.4.0-beta.1.

This beta includes the 1.4 runtime layout upgrade, the migration/finalize flow, refreshed agent docs/skills, and expanded research workflows.

Note: this is a prerelease/beta tag, not the final v1.4.0 release.
