Unable to Open Captcha File

I keep getting this Captcha image loading error after setting up the Python properly. I kept doing this step multiple times and kept getting this error. What do I do?

Yes. This issue still persists :( It works before though and then tsr decided to implement "confirm you're not a bot" a few weeks back.

Can confirm that this doesn't work on my end too, tried opening the png file through brave browser since I had that similar error above, and it came up a blank page instead. Would appreciate a workaround over it, thank you!

I'm having the same issue as well, tried opening the file on other browsers and even devices but the image is broken
