代理开着的情况下无法下载测速（测速地址已添加域名白名单）

问题描述

homeproxy开着的情况下（cf.xiu2.xyz和speed.cloudflare.com都在域名白名单里），wget下载测速地址-正常，版本更新检查-正常，延时测试-正常，下载测速始终提示超时（http和https的地址都不行）（cf.xiu2.xyz和speed.cloudflare.com的测速地址，都是一样的报错）
