Multiple AA on raw results table

The table with raw results shows interesting behavior when an origin belongs to multiple admin areas.

The expected behavior is a single row per origin, with the Admin Area column to be an array of areas.

Tests

To generate this test data, I've added an admin area named overlapping area to our Sergipe test data.
