About 'There-s no use license of the class'

Hello, friends.
When I try to run the sample in

Displaying standard progress dialog box when copying files
https://github.com/VFPX/Win32API/blob/master/samples/sample_508.md

I got the error

There's no use license of the class.

I understand that there is a problem with the Treeview control.
VFP9-SP2, Windows 10 Pro 64 bits.

I would like to know how do I need to correct.

Hello @jhernancanom, I have faced this issue before, but I cannot recall the solution at the moment.

I have seen that if one use .SCX binay-based forms one do not receive these errors.

But when one use .PRG text-based forms one do yes receive these errors.

About the sugestions: I do yes find the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\ key I my computer; but I do not find the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID{C74190B6-8589-11D1-B16A-00C0F0283628} key.

And about the files
mfc30.dll olepro32.dll msvcrt20.dll mfc40.dll msvcrt40.dll

I only lack the first, but dispite I go it from wikidll, the error persist.
